My deal shows pending. Why?
Please refer to the Funding Delay Notice. If you have not received a Funding Delay Notice, please call 1-888-891-8807 (option 4, option 4, option 3) and one of our Funding Specialists will be happy to help you.
How do I submit a Validated Registration (VR)?
Please email the validated registration/white slip to verosvr@veroscredit.com. You will receive an automatic email notification advising receipt of registration. Registrations received after 3:00pm PST will be processed the following business day.
How do I get my funds released?
If you received a Funding Delay Notice and the funds are being held due to a pending validated registration (VR), please email the validated registration/white slip to verosvr@veroscredit.com. If the funds are being held due to a buyback, please call us at 1-714-210-6930 and one of our Dealer Buyback Specialists will be happy to help you. If you have not received a Funding Delay Notice or have additional questions, please call us at 1-888-891-8807 (option 4, option 4, option 1) and one of our Dealer Support Specialists will be happy to help you.
When can I expect to receive my funds?
Funds should be received with 48 business hours of your Funding Notification.
How do I get a payoff quote?

When can I expect to receive the title for a paid off account?
Titles are mailed out 15 days after the payment posts to the account.
