How can I reduce my principal balance?
If you want to make a payment that reduces your principal balance only and is not applied towards future payment(s), please call 1-888-891-8807 and a Customer Service Specialist will be happy to assist you.
What should I do if I do not receive my monthly statement?

You may access your monthly statement online by selecting the View Statements option. Monthly statements are mailed and available online about 15 days prior to the date your payment is due.

Will I receive my monthly statements electronically after I enroll in Autopay?
Customers who are enrolled in Autopay will continue to receive monthly statements by mail and online. Monthly statements are mailed and available online about 15 days prior to the date your payment is due.
What are the insurance requirements?

Veros Credit requires you to maintain Comprehensive and Collision insurance covering loss or damage to the vehicle for the term of your contract with a maximum deductible of $1,000.00.

Please call us at 1-888-891-8807 (option 3, option 1) and one of our Customer Service Specialists will be happy to help you.

When can I expect to receive the title for a paid off account?

Titles are mailed out 15 days after the payment posts to the account.

What do I do if my vehicle is in an accident?
If your vehicle is in an accident, please contact your insurance company as soon as possible. We recommend that you ask your insurance company to contact our Claims Department at (714) 210-6983.
